I recently switched my energy provider to Alta Energy, Inc. and I am pleased with their service. The rates are affordable and the customer service representatives have been helpful during my interactions with them. The only area that could use improvement is the response time for resolving issues. Overall, I am satisfied with Alta Energy, Inc. and would recommend them to others.
