I have had an overall average experience with the West Chicago Public Library District. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, but there have been a few instances where I felt that they were not very knowledgeable about certain topics. The library itself is well-maintained and organized, but the collection could use some improvement. There is a decent selection of books, but I often struggle to find newer releases or more niche titles. The online catalog is easy to use, but it would be great if there were more digital resources available. Overall, I would say that the West Chicago Public Library District is an average library.
