I had a mixed experience with General Travels India Pvt. Ltd. While the tour guide was informative, the itinerary felt rushed at times. There were instances where we didn't have enough time to fully explore certain attractions. The accommodations, however, were comfortable and met our expectations. Overall, I believe General Travels has room for improvement.
