I recently used a real estate company based in sunny Florida to help me find a new home, and I have to say that my overall experience was average. The company's website was easy to navigate and had a decent selection of properties available. The agents I worked with were friendly and knowledgeable, although I did feel that they lacked a bit of enthusiasm and initiative. They were responsive to my inquiries and were able to schedule property viewings promptly. However, I didn't feel like they went above and beyond to understand my specific needs and preferences. The negotiation process was smooth, but I would have appreciated more guidance and support from the company. In the end, I found a suitable home, but I can't say that I was overly impressed with the service provided. It was just average.
