I recently tried out Evalliance for the first time and had a mixed experience. The website is well-designed, but I found it a bit confusing to navigate at times. The product selection is decent, but I felt that the prices were slightly high compared to similar stores. The customer service was satisfactory, but it took longer than expected to receive a response. The shipping was on time, but the packaging could have been better. Overall, an average experience, but there is room for improvement.
