I recently used Michelin travel partner's services for my trip to France and I must say, it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was fairly smooth. However, I found the customer support to be lacking in efficiency. The rates offered by Michelin travel partner were reasonable, but I expected better service overall.
