I had a mixed experience with Tesol Asia. While the content of the course was comprehensive and informative, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took quite some time for them to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the answers were vague and unhelpful. Although I gained valuable knowledge from the course, I was disappointed with the overall support.
