I recently purchased a product from the company for my engineering project and found the website to be quite user-friendly with a good range of products. However, the shipment got delayed, and I had some trouble reaching out to customer service for assistance. The product itself was of average quality, but the overall experience left much to be desired. Hopefully, they can work on improving their communication and delivery processes to provide a more reliable service. 😐
