As a customer, I recently tried out a payment service provided by this company and found it to be fairly average. The website was easy to navigate and provided the necessary information about their services. However, I encountered some technical issues while trying to make a transaction, which were quite frustrating. The customer support team responded promptly to my queries and tried to resolve the issue, but it took longer than expected. On the positive side, the company offers a variety of payment methods, which is convenient. The overall experience with Gonpay was not exceptional, but it did get the job done. I would recommend them if you are looking for a basic payment service, but don't expect anything extraordinary.
