I am a customer of Citra Metro Manila Tollways Corporation. I have been using their services for a few years now and I must say, I am quite disappointed with the quality of their service. The tollways are often congested and there are not enough lanes to accommodate the heavy traffic. The rates are also quite high compared to other tollways in the area. Overall, I would rate their services as below average.
