I had a mixed experience with Destinatia tours & travels. While the website was easy to navigate, the customer service was lacking. I had some issues with my booking and it took multiple attempts to get a response from their support team. However, once the issues were resolved, the actual tour itself was enjoyable. The tour guide was knowledgeable and the itinerary was well-planned. It's just a shame that the initial customer service experience was subpar.
