I recently used a promotional company website and found it to be a decent experience. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the variety of products offered. However, the customer service was a bit lacking, as I did not receive a response to my inquiry in a timely manner. Additionally, I found the pricing to be competitive but not exceptional. Overall, the experience was average – nothing outstanding, but nothing particularly disappointing either. I would consider using this company again if they improve their customer service and offer more competitive pricing.
