I recently used Ovet Viaggi for a trip to Italy and I must say, it was an average experience. The booking process was quite easy and the website was user-friendly. However, the customer service could have been better. The staff was not very responsive to my queries and I had to wait for a long time to get a response. Overall, it was an okay experience.
