I had a mixed experience with Studiospirit. While their website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time was slow and the staff seemed uninterested in assisting me. However, the final product I received was of good quality and met my expectations. Overall, I would rate it as average.
