I recently used the services of this real estate company and found the experience to be average. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the range of properties available. However, I found the communication with the agents to be a bit lacking. It took longer than expected to get responses, and I often had to follow up multiple times. Additionally, I felt that the level of attention to detail could have been higher; some important information about the properties was not readily available. Overall, while I did find a suitable property through the company, I believe there are aspects that could be improved to enhance the customer experience.
