I recently purchased a few books from this company and had a somewhat average experience. The website was easy to navigate, and the selection of children's books was quite good. However, I encountered some delays in the delivery of my order, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, it would have been helpful to have more detailed information about the books on the website. Overall, the process of ordering and receiving the books was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and communication. I hope they can address these issues for a smoother experience in the future.
