I recently had the opportunity to work with a Houston-based design company and overall, my experience was average. While the website had a clean and modern look, it lacked detailed information about their services. It would have been helpful to have a clearer understanding of what projects they specialize in and their past work.

The communication with the team was satisfactory. They were responsive to my inquiries and provided timely updates during the project. However, I felt that the level of creativity and innovation could have been improved. The design concepts presented were decent, but nothing stood out as unique or extraordinary.

On the positive side, the team was professional and accommodating, making sure to address any concerns or revisions promptly. However, the final result did not fully meet my expectations. I believe there is room for improvement in terms of delivering a more exceptional and memorable design outcome.
