I recently tried some products from Xanten s.r.l and I have mixed feelings. The quality is average, and the website is easy to navigate. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took them quite some time to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the response was not very helpful. I expected better from Xanten s.r.l and I hope they improve their customer service.
