I have been a customer of Member.id for the past 2 years and I must say their service is average. Although their website is user-friendly, their customer support can be improved. It took them a while to respond to my query and the solution provided was not satisfactory. They need to be more efficient in resolving customer issues. Overall, Member.id is an okay company to work with.
