I have been a customer of MetaResponse Group, Inc. for over two years now and I must say that their services are average. While they do provide some good marketing consulting advice, I feel that there is room for improvement. The response rates for the campaigns they have created for me have been just okay. Overall, I would say that the experience has been average at best.
