I have been a customer of Horvath communications for the past five years and I must say that their services are average. While they have been reliable in terms of providing internet and phone services, their customer support leaves much to be desired. I have faced issues with my internet connection on multiple occasions and every time I contacted their support team, the response was slow and unhelpful. It is frustrating to have a spotty internet connection especially when you run an online business. I expected more from a company like Horvath communications.
