I have been a customer of Opposite Strengths, Inc. for the past three years and I must say that their services are average at best. While they do deliver on their promises, there is nothing exceptional about their offerings. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, but the overall experience lacks excitement. The customer support team is responsive, but there have been instances where my queries were not addressed satisfactorily. I hope Opposite Strengths, Inc. takes feedback constructively and works towards improving their services.
