Hot Spot Yoga, Pure Bikram Louisville is a fantastic place to practice yoga. The instructors are skilled and provide excellent guidance throughout the class. The studio is always clean and well-maintained, creating a peaceful and calming environment. The hot yoga classes are challenging but also very invigorating. I always leave feeling refreshed and renewed. Highly recommend!
