As a customer, I have had an average experience with the National Council of Higher Education Resources. While they provide some useful resources, their customer service is lacking. It often takes a long time to get a response to my inquiries, and when I do receive a response, it is not always helpful. Additionally, their website can be difficult to navigate and find the information I need. Overall, I would rate them as average.
