I recently booked a holiday with Directline Holidays and the experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was simple, but I found the customer service to be lacking. The representative I spoke to on the phone was not very helpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me. However, the holiday itself was enjoyable and the accommodations were satisfactory.
