CUSTOMER: I recently used the services of a company offering similar products to Direct Deal and I must say I was not impressed. The customer service was lacking and the website was not easy to navigate. However, I stumbled upon Direct Deal and decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did! Their website is intuitive and easy to use, and their customer service is top-notch. I will definitely be using Direct Deal for all my future needs.
