I recently purchased a TV antenna from the company's website. The ordering process was smooth, and the product arrived on time. However, I was a bit disappointed with the quality. The antenna didn't seem as durable as I had hoped, and the reception wasn't as strong as advertised. 😕 Additionally, I found the installation instructions to be a bit confusing. On the positive side, the customer service team was helpful in guiding me through the installation process. Overall, my experience was average. The product could be improved in terms of durability and signal strength, but the customer service was a plus.
