I recently joined a capoeira class in Mainz and it has been an amazing experience. The instructors are fantastic and the classes are challenging but fun. I feel like I am getting a great workout while also learning a new skill. The community at the academy is supportive and friendly. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to try something new and exciting!
