I recently purchased a new car from kemna.com and overall, my experience was okay. The website was user-friendly and allowed me to easily browse their inventory. However, I found the customer service to be just average. The sales representative I interacted with was not very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in, and I had to do most of the research myself. The purchasing process was smooth, but the post-purchase follow-up was lacking. I had some issues with the car after buying it, and getting assistance from the company was a bit of a hassle. Despite these drawbacks, I'm satisfied with my purchase, and the car itself is great. Overall, an average experience from start to finish. 🚗
