I have been a customer of the Regional Bank for Development, Moscow Branch for the past five years, and I must say that their services are average. While they do offer a wide range of banking options, the customer service experience can be quite frustrating at times. The employees are not always helpful, and it often takes a long time to get any issues resolved. However, their online banking platform is quite user-friendly, and I appreciate the convenience it provides. Overall, I would rate my experience with the bank as average.
