I recently joined this credit union after hearing positive things from friends and was looking forward to a seamless banking experience. However, I found the website to be a bit outdated and not very user-friendly. It was hard to find the specific information I needed, and the layout could be improved for easier navigation. On a positive note, the customer service was friendly and helpful when I called in with questions. I hope the company considers updating their website to match the quality of their service. 👍🏼
