I had an average experience with Whirlpool Colombia S.A. The products are of decent quality, but the customer service needs improvement. The website whirlpool.com.co is easy to navigate and provides useful information, but the response time for inquiries is a bit slow. Overall, I think Whirlpool Colombia S.A. is an okay company.
