I've been attending capoeira classes in Mainz for a few months now and I absolutely love it. The instructors are fantastic and the classes are always challenging but fun. I've noticed a huge improvement in my strength, flexibility, and overall fitness since I started. The academy has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and I've made some great friends here. I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in capoeira!
