👍 I recently had an experience with this company and overall, I would rate it as average. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. However, I found the customer service to be somewhat lacking in responsiveness. It took a bit longer than expected for them to address my inquiries and their replies were not as detailed as I had hoped. On the positive side, the quality of their products was satisfactory and they arrived in good condition. While there were some minor hiccups, I appreciate the effort put into delivering a decent service. I would suggest that the company improve their communication with customers to enhance the overall experience. Keep up the good work! 😊
