The teacher residency program provided me with the skills and knowledge to effectively teach in a diverse classroom. The curriculum was thoughtfully designed and covered all aspects of teaching. The staff and mentors were supportive and always available to provide guidance. The hands-on experience in the classroom allowed me to apply what I learned and get valuable feedback. I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of this program and I highly recommend it to others.
