I have been working with Workplace matters for the past two years and I must say they are average. Their services are decent, but nothing exceptional. The customer support is responsive and they try to solve issues as quickly as possible. However, there have been a few instances where I faced some difficulties and it took them quite some time to resolve them. Overall, I would rate them as an average company to work with.
