I had an average experience with New Passages Inc. The website, newpassagesinc.com, was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found the overall service to be lacking. The customer support was not very helpful and it took a long time to get a response to my inquiries. Additionally, I was disappointed with the quality of the products I purchased. The shipping was also quite slow. Overall, I would rate my experience with New Passages Inc as average.
