I recently used a tracking device from this company and found it to be quite average. The website was easy to navigate and had some useful information, but I felt that the product didn't quite meet my expectations. The customer service was responsive, but I was hoping for more guidance and support in setting up the device. The tracking accuracy was also a bit inconsistent, which was disappointing. Overall, I would say that the experience was okay, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of product quality and customer support.
