🖼️ I recently used a framing service from the company. The website was easy to navigate, and I found a decent variety of frame options to choose from. The ordering process was simple, and I appreciated the clear instructions on how to measure my artwork for framing.

However, I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the frame itself. It felt a bit flimsy and not as sturdy as I was expecting. Additionally, the delivery took longer than anticipated, which was a bit frustrating.

On the positive side, the customer service was responsive and helpful when I reached out with my concerns. They offered to replace the frame, but I opted for a refund instead.

Overall, my experience was average. While the website and customer service were satisfactory, the quality of the frame and delivery time were disappointing. I would consider trying another framing service in the future.
