I have had a mixed experience with Privateer. There have been some instances where their service has been excellent, and I couldn't be happier. However, there have been a few occasions where things didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped. The website is good, but it could be better in terms of usability. Overall, I would rate my experience with Privateer as average.
