My experience with the National Council of Higher Education Resources has been overall average. While they do offer some useful resources, I have encountered a few difficulties with their website. It can be slow and occasionally crashes, which can be frustrating. However, their customer service has been helpful in resolving my issues. Overall, I would rate them as average.
