I have been a customer of Smart EnergPlus for the past year and I must say that the service I have received has been average. The website is easy to navigate and the prices are competitive. However, I have had a few issues with the customer service department. They were not responsive when I had a problem with my bill and it took several calls and emails to get it resolved. Overall, I would say that Smart EnergPlus is a decent company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
