The insurance services provided by this company were satisfactory. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, allowing me to find the information I needed quickly. The variety of insurance options offered was decent, covering most common needs. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. When I called with questions, it took a long time for someone to answer, and even then, they seemed rushed and disinterested in helping me. The agent I spoke to did provide the necessary information, but their tone was not very welcoming. It would have been nice to feel more valued as a customer. Overall, the company met my basic insurance needs, but there is room for improvement in terms of customer service experience.
