I had an average experience with Events NSW. While the event management was satisfactory, I felt that the overall organization could have been better. The website was easy to navigate and find information, but it lacked detailed descriptions of the events. The customer service was decent, but the staff could have been more attentive to customer needs. Overall, it was an okay experience.
