I had a mixed experience with Superchevy. While their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, the customer service was lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and not very knowledgeable about the products. However, the quality of the merchandise was excellent and I was satisfied with my purchase. Overall, I would rate Superchevy as average.
