As a CUSTOMER, I have mixed feelings about Grocery gateway. While I appreciate the convenience of online shopping, I have had a few issues with their service. The delivery was delayed once and I received a wrong item in my order. However, their customer support was quick to resolve the issue. Overall, I think they have room for improvement.
