I have been a customer of Lovoco for several years now and I can confidently say that their services are average at best. While their pricing is competitive, their customer support and response time leaves a lot to be desired. There have been numerous instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution to my issue. Overall, I would rate Lovoco as an average company.
