I recently visited the dealerships under this company and had an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and I appreciated the variety of options available. However, the staff seemed a bit disinterested and didn't go the extra mile to assist me. The showroom was also a bit crowded and chaotic, which made it hard to focus on my questions. While I did find a vehicle that met my needs, the overall process felt like a chore rather than an exciting purchase. The pricing was competitive, but I wish there had been more transparency in the negotiations. Overall, the experience was okay, but I believe there's room for improvement in terms of customer service and the atmosphere of the dealerships.
