I recently visited a salon in Santa Monica and overall, it was an average experience. The salon had a modern and chic ambiance, which I really liked. The staff was friendly and attentive, but not overly so. The hairstylist did a decent job on my hair, but it wasn't anything extraordinary. I appreciated that they used quality products and made sure to ask for my preferences. The prices were on the higher side, but I expected that for a salon in this area. The only downside was that the wait time was a bit longer than I had anticipated. However, I was offered a complimentary beverage while I waited, which was a nice touch. Overall, I would say it was an average salon experience with no major complaints. 😊
