My recent stay at The St. Regis Mexico City was disappointing. The hotel is located in a great area, but that's about the only positive thing I can say. The service was subpar, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping guests. The room was also not up to par, with outdated furnishings and a lack of amenities. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.
